Not a fan of this ground pork, the Lakeside Pork cans with their compact "carnitas" blazon chunks is tastier. The Lakeside Beef is as well a better basis meat. I cook them with diced serrano peppers, onions, and tomatoes in its own fat. Makes for easy tasty tacos.
